Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clark Kent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clark Kent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 13th minute of the match. Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Dijoux in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Dijoux came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Zorros del Desierto defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clark Kent. The Zorros del Desierto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clark Kent should have stopped the shot. After having played for 23 minutes, Allan Silm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zorros del Desierto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Silm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Allan Silm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clark Kent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Mancebo. 70 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clark Kent made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Clark Kent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmo Ferreira in the 89th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
