An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Briceño in the 10th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Horduña in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Samuel Horduña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Romon Oliver got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geroy Ascue to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes, Jamaica's Finlay Stair shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Min Ordoña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jamaica reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Briceño in the 25th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demonde Jacobson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elorri Palmer in the 35th minute of play. If Samuel Horduña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Min Ordoña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Stair in the 41st minute of the match. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Horduña, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo Briceño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reinaldo Briceño was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaldo Briceño got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waldir Velaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Min Ordoña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarell Hill in the 56th minute of the match. Demonde Jacobson was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Reinaldo Briceño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Reinaldo Briceño really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 65th minute Guillermo Barzana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Velaz in the 66th minute of play. AFC Viola Gigliati made a substitution. Enrico Cicero replaced Garin Candina. Enrico Cicero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. Karlus Waugh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Min Ordoña having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Reinaldo Briceño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Demonde Jacobson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karlus Waugh kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When AFC Viola Gigliati's Samuel Horduña in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jamaica's goalie prevented a goal. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Horduña, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as AFC Viola Gigliati's Enrico Cicero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Demonde Jacobson. That made the score 0-7 after 92 minutes of play. In the 95th minute, Cosme Fole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Min Ordoña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlus Waugh in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over AFC Viola Gigliati could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jamaica throughout the match.
