Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Christos Romanakoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Olympiacos FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Xosé Lim hit a great ball. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Olívio Correia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Christos Romanakoglou got a free kick in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Romanakoglou came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themos Proedropoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. Olympiacos FC's Sakis Paragioudakis got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Themos Proedropoulos scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themos Proedropoulos in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Sakis Paragioudakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Christos Romanakoglou came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Olympiacos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christos Romanakoglou couldn't finish the play.

Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christos Romanakoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Tomas Berganza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olívio Correia having to make a save. In the 61st minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Olympiacos FC's Alexis Kotsanakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 0-3 after 62 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olívio Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Konstantinos Meletiou got a free kick in the 67th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Christos Romanakoglou kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 0-4 in the 70 minute of play. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Romanakoglou in the 78th minute of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Miguel Miralles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Olympiacos FC got a freekick which was hit by Xosé Lim. 91 minutes into the game, Alexis Kotsanakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Panama supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olympiacos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Olympiacos FC.
