Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Luís Fábio Travassos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olympique Deleon and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Luís Fábio Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olympique Deleon's Rogério Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 6th minute of play. Johan Cruijff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, one of Olympique Deleon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rogério Pinho came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Luís Fábio Travassos was shown his second yellow card after 16 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olympique Deleon! In the 21st minute, Johan Cruijff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rogério Pinho. Abraham Alguacil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Alex Cambeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Cambeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Cruijff in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Olympique Deleon's goalkeeper Rogério Pinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. Augusto Varela hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th match minute, Olympique Deleon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Paraense to maneuver through the defense. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Rogério Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Felipe Ros hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Ronaldão Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympique Deleon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldão Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th match minute, Olympique Deleon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Miralless short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Rogério Pinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Abraham Alguacil made a great header on Panama's corner, it was just that Olympique Deleon's Rogério Pinho managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 39th minute of the match, Abraham Alguacil got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rogério Pinho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ronaldão Miranda made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 52nd minute of play forced Olympique Deleon's goalkeeper Rogério Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympique Deleon's goalkeeper Rogério Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abraham Alguacil in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogério Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Johan Cruijff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Johan Cruijff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute, Dylan Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Cambeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Pinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alex Cambeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Olympique Deleon's Rogério Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 68th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Miranda in the 76th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Olympique Deleon got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Galvão. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Rogério Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Miralles in the 87th minute of play. Rogério Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 91st minute of the match. Rogério Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Olympique Deleon's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Rogério Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Panama had played much better football throughout.
