Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorginho Mazza went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Jorginho Mazza got a free kick in the 59th minute. José Pedro Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but José Pedro Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldinho Meira hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Pedro Paulo Costa's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Paulo Costa helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Costa. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Pedro Abraão having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Sebastian Villa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of José Pedro Abraão, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Honduras booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras played a much better game than Morro Grande E.C and deserved their victory. The Morro Grande E.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
