Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 7th minute. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 19 minutes of play, Nonatos United's Eurico Viana made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard-Dean Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 24th minute of the match. Richard-Dean Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 34 minutes of play, Nonatos United's Eurico Viana made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37thth minute of the game Eurico Viana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Arturo Carvallo in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nonatos United's Jerzy Giejda. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Eurico Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Eurico Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 played minutes Nonatos United got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri was slow to take the kick. During this time Nonatos United's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Uruguay's goalie and right to Eurico Viana. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Uruguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 57 minutes into the match, Eurico Viana notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard-Dean Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 69th minute of play. When Nonatos United's Eurico Viana in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. Eurico Viana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Eurico Viana slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 78th minute. Nonatos United's Téo da Silva was substituted for Eurico Viana. Nonatos United made a substitution. Angel-Enrique De La Rosa-Choca replaced Jairo Jacinto. Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Téo da Silva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 83 minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nonatos United were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Uruguay's much stronger midfield.
