Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Berganza kicked off to start the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Weijnandts got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Miralles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Godts having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Boris Kortens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Suikerklontjes's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yoachim Hauwaerts, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Matias Gilis kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yoachim Hauwaerts's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Sammy Godts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Weijnandts made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suikerklontjes's Sammy Godts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute Johannes Weijnandts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Sammy Godts made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Yoachim Hauwaerts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Johannes Weijnandts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bart Van de Velde came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Suikerklontjes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bart Van de Velde couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Weijnandts in the 71st minute of the match. After 71 minutes, Johannes Weijnandts made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Bart Van de Velde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoachim Hauwaerts in the 78th minute of play. The referee showed Abraham Alguacil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Alguacil to maneuver through the defense. Yoachim Hauwaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Johannes Weijnandts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suikerklontjes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Suikerklontjes had won after a very even match.
