Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 5th minute of play forced Sletteenge's goalkeeper Gerhart Krainert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sletteenge's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerhart Krainert came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fritz Grauholt in the 25th minute. Gerhart Krainert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 27th minute of play. In the 45th minute Wagn Nytoft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fritz Grauholt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 played minutes Sletteenge got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Lubfeldt. Sletteenge made a substitution. Timo Mangelsen replaced Jacob Lubfeldt. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Gerhart Krainert made a huge save. In the 77th minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerhart Krainert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gerhart Krainert firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 86th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Sletteenge's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donald Liktensteen in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Sletteenge's Gerhart Krainert got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wagn Nytoft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
