Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victorino Frasco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marciano Oidor made in the 5th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rene Venceslao immediately put the ball in play. In the 6th minute, C.A. Caminiaga's Osvaldo Iago dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Hemming Tjørnum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute Elias Lluc suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Rodolfo Txeru tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lautaro Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 26th play minute Victorino Frasco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lautaro Navarro. 2-0. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Hemming Tjørnum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Osvaldo Iago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Iago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastian Villa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hemming Tjørnum. That made the score 3-1 in the 61 minute of play. After 72 played minutes C.A. Caminiaga got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Frances. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for C.A. Caminiaga. 76 minutes into the match, C.A. Caminiaga's goalkeeper Hemming Tjørnum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of C.A. Caminiaga booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The C.A. Caminiaga support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
