Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Krister Fridlund started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Gärsnäs BF's Folke Rydelius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 10th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Elliot Kinnman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 20th minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Wållander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Abel Carballo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gärsnäs BF's Leonardo Ånger quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 27th minute, Eliseo Noboa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Costa Rica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 29 played minutes Gärsnäs BF got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Kinnman. In the 33rd minute of the game Abel Carballo made a throw-in which Eliseo Noboa played forward. 47 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gärsnäs BF's Karl-Oskar Stenberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Gärsnäs BF's Rasmus Wållander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Gärsnäs BF from getting a goal against them. Rasmus Wållander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 68th minute. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Rydelius, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Rasmus Wållander made a huge save. Rasmus Wållander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Tasis in the 84th minute. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a Gärsnäs BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 86th minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Rydelius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gärsnäs BF's Rasmus Wållander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Gärsnäs BF from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, one of Gärsnäs BF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
