Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mihály Szikora started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Márton Petres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leeds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Márton Petres kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Mihály Szikora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Márton Salgó in the 12 minute of the game. The supporters of Leeds booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. Leeds's Gábor Kádár couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Honduras. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihály Szikora's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Honduras booed when Leeds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Havas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pál Benkó made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Márton Petres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mihály Szikora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 43rdth minute of the game Mihály Szikora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Márton Salgó during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Márton Salgó kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Mihály Szikora kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when Márton Salgó made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Sebastian Villa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pál Benkó. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 65th minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute of the match, Sebastian Villa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pál Benkó saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 67th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Christian Sancho heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tibor Dudics went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. If Imre Selymes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 81st minute of the match Márton Salgó completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Márton Salgó a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when Leeds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márton Salgó didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pál Benkó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 83rd minute of the match. Tibor Dudics hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes Leeds got a freekick which was hit by Gábor Kádár. In the 88th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Villa to maneuver through the defense. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihály Szikora in the 95th minute of play. Honduras's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
