Bryanne Kinnaird's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the last second Dante Lacasa throw himself and got hold of the ball when Thomas Grandison in the 22ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 24 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Urmet Jahe who took care of the corner kick. Polonia Division's Urmet Jahe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Thomas Grandison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bryanne Kinnaird in the 28th minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Polonia Division was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vibar Vërçuni didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bryanne Kinnaird got free with Dante Lacasa in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Geovânio Meireles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Grandison in the 60th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Grandison in the 72nd minute of the match. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vibar Vërçuni in the 86th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Grandison in the 93rd minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
