Despite this Esteban José Andrada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Felix Montenegro sped through Guansa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Esteban José Andrada. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Aaron Sandalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteban José Andrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute of the match. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Esteban José Andrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteban José Andrada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ildefonso Arixo charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ildefonso Arixo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Guansa getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ildefonso Arixo hit a great ball. Esteban José Andrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Anselmo Txilar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Anselmo Txilar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mădălin Brăescu kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Aznar came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Aaron Sandalio sent off a good shot on target. After 45 minutes of play, Guansa's Aaron Sandalio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Esteban José Andrada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 55th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. Ildefonso Arixo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Esteban José Andrada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In a very dangerous position, a player in Guansa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Esteban José Andrada made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Brăescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban José Andrada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Esteban José Andrada, 1-6. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban José Andrada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, Guansa's Esteban José Andrada got control of the ball when Luis Andino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Anselmo Txilar fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guansa's protests and gave Anselmo Txilar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Anselmo Txilar got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Guansa throughout the match.
