In the 6th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AIF's Jarl Andreasson. Jarl Andreasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the game, Alfred Sandström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Alfred Sandström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when AIF's Erik Odin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. AIF's Erik Odin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience was convinced that Alfred Sandström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Leonardo Hydén kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The AIF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, AIF's Emanuel Månsson got a free kick in the 40th minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Emanuel Månsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Erik Odin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Hydén made in the 55th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Emanuel Månsson. After 59 minutes of play, AIF's Emanuel Månsson made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 63 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Månsson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarl Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 汪希瑜 made in the 67th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Emanuel Månsson immediately put the ball in play. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarl Andreasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Andreasson having to interfere. Jarl Andreasson had in the 84thth minute some difficulties stopping Tomas Illescas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 85 minutes AIF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AIF's Jarl Andreasson did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Venegas in the 85th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Jarl Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Månsson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Hydén to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AIF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
