Marcus Sjöö made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 12th minute of play. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Sjöö saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the game Jaime Cazalla made a throw-in which Francisco Seco played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 23rd minute of play forced Zlatanera's goalkeeper Marcus Sjöö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Sebastian Malm notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Malm to strike the kick off in the second half. Zlatanera's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Maximiliano Escribano scored to the left of an out of position Marcus Sjöö, making the score, 1-2. Zlatanera's Marcus Sjöö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Gisbert in the 67th minute of play. Zlatanera's Marcus Sjöö proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Zlatanera from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Zlatanera's Sebastian Malm got a free kick in the 76th minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Malm in the 78th minute of play. Inge Collin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Collin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Przemyslaw Bronder in the 93rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Zlatanera fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uruguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
