Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Murillo in the 18th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when A.D.E.Penamacorense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Aires didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. A.D.E.Penamacorense's Diogo Castro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sílvio Amaro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Sílvio Amaro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 35th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The supporters of A.D.E.Penamacorense booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Viegas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, A.D.E.Penamacorense's Diogo Castro got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diogo Castro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Diogo Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Amaro in the 67th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D.E.Penamacorense's Sílvio Amaro. But to his dismay, Sílvio Amaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Manuel Moita hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Jose Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 76 minutes into the game, Jose Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diogo Castro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Viegas in the 83rd minute of play. The A.D.E.Penamacorense fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when A.D.E.Penamacorense's Cristiano Viegas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Viegas in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, A.D.E.Penamacorense's Josué Andrade got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 90th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. A.D.E.Penamacorense's Juvenal Vasques was substituted for Roman Garaona. In the 92nd minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. A.D.E.Penamacorense fully deserved thier win.
