Guillermo Fontirroig struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Barbaros Bozbey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 30th minute of play forced VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Barbaros Bozbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barbaros Bozbey was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Barbaros Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of VERDOLAGA CITY FC booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Tamayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huang Xi Feng in the 51st minute of the match. In the 51st minute, Xande Cavani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VERDOLAGA CITY FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Mariano Lacasa came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barbaros Bozbey could save by the left post. 86 minutes into the match, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Barbaros Bozbey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillermo Fontirroig. Guillermo Fontirroig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Barbaros Bozbey made a huge save. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Arce in the 89th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barbaros Bozbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
