Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Don Nickler started the match with the kick off. Westra Aros SK's Ivan Västlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Västlund having to interfere. In the 10th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 11 played minutes, when Westra Aros SK:s Don Nickler calmly waited for Venezuela:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Westra Aros SK's Axel Linberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alex Chicote in the 15 minute of the game. Don Nickler might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Don Nickler ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Westra Aros SK booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Don Nickler took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Don Nickler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 3-1. In the 33rd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Don Nickler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Westra Aros SK got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Håkan Söderberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Westra Aros SK's Håkan Söderberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Västlund having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Don Nickler came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A collision led to Westra Aros SK getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Axel Linberg hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Nickler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th match minute, Westra Aros SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Speed to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Axel Linberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Västlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Nickler, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Don Nickler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 74 minutes into the game, Mark Eckegren threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Don Nickler in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Don Nickler made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Don Nickler struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westra Aros SK. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Don Nickler came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Westra Aros SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Don Nickler couldn't finish the play. Westra Aros SK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
