Silvers Ilkus's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saul Cloyo in the 23rd minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Dursun Fındık got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After a defensive mix-up in Silvers Ilkus's zone, Luca Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jedrzej Pinczewski came out of the goal and Luca Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dursun Fındık got free with Dante Lacasa in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Silvers Ilkus's Fábio-Fernando Cannavaro got a free kick in the 50th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tafalla in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jedrzej Pinczewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jedrzej Pinczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Silvers Ilkus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. 2-1 became the score in the 63rd minute when Saul Cloyo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jedrzej Pinczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jedrzej Pinczewski having to interfere. Silvers Ilkus made a substitution.
