The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romon Oliver in the 5th minute of play forced Jäneda Club de Bilbao's goalkeeper Edmund Ubar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ago Allikvee in the 7th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Romon Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Ubar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elmut Rääbis in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes, Jamaica's Geroy Ascue shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edmund Ubar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jamaica reached it. In the 16th minute, Jarell Hill made a precise shot to the right of Edmund Ubar. Jäneda Club de Bilbao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Edmund Ubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarell Hill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riivo Uusmaa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Vallo Eiber kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Kordal Duff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jamaica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jäneda Club de Bilbao the free kick. The supporters of Jäneda Club de Bilbao booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kordal Duff didn't get a good kick on the ball. The attack was good, but when Elmut Rääbis in the 40th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, Jäneda Club de Bilbao's Kiur Ansip got a free kick in the 44th minute. Kordal Duff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Ubar having to interfere. After the first half Jamaica were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jamaica's Finlay Stair got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jäneda Club de Bilbao's Edmund Ubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlus Waugh in the 54th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aksel Ojamäe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmut Rääbis, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to Jäneda Club de Bilbao getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Kiur Ansip hit a great ball. Romon Oliver struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Edmund Ubar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica. Romon Oliver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Edmund Ubar made a huge save. Jarell Hill succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 76th playminute. Ago Allikvee took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When Aksel Ojamäe fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jäneda Club de Bilbao's protests and gave Aksel Ojamäe a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Jäneda Club de Bilbao got a freekick which was hit by Aksel Ojamäe. The audience thought a goal was coming when Finlay Stair got free with Edmund Ubar in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Jäneda Club de Bilbao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aksel Ojamäe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Ubar made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Finlay Stair sent off a good shot on target. In the 88thth minute of the game Jarell Hill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jäneda Club de Bilbao's Edmund Ubar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmund Ubar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarell Hill in the 92nd minute. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ago Allikvee in the 93rd minute of the match. Karlus Waugh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Edmund Ubar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jamaica's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
