Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Benknotorna got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Bure. 15 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvin Ekerot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arvin Ekerot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvin Ekerot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Geraldo Trullols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvin Ekerot having to interfere. Honduras's Luca Espinar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sven-Oskar Pihlwall, made in the 37th minute of the game. Arvin Ekerot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 39th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Kurt Bure who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Bure kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Johan Vall during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Benknotorna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Vall to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Benknotorna getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Pihlwall hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Kurt Bure shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Carvallo's late challenge caught a Benknotorna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Carvallo helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Carvallo. If Gustav Siöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexander Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benknotorna's Arvin Ekerot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Honduras booed when Benknotorna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Bure didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustav Siöberg's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Siöberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Benknotorna's Gustav Siöberg got a free kick in the 75th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Benknotorna's zone, Alexander Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arvin Ekerot came out of the goal and Alexander Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Benknotorna's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arvin Ekerot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Siöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Edmundo Espiga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arvin Ekerot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honduras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
