Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Mansour Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Sabino Marrero came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Sabino Marrero from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabino Marrero in the 8th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sabino Marrero in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 minutes, Sabino Marrero made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Arenas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. A collision led to Juventus FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Anko Arias hit a great ball. Juan Sebastián Puig's late challenge caught a Juventus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Sebastián Puig helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Juventus FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anko Arias in the 20th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mansour Buffon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play forced Juventus FC's goalkeeper Mansour Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Arenas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Juventus FC's Mansour Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Mansour Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Arenas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of play forced Juventus FC's goalkeeper Mansour Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Arenas in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Mansour Buffon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sabino Marrero made a kick off. After 58 minutes, Rolando Arenas made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Marrero in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus FC's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mansour Buffon came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mansour Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute. In the 78thth minute of the game Rolando Arenas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Arenas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Mansour Buffon however easily saved by the left post. Galeno Bacete hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Juventus FC's Mansour Buffon got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
