Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The tension between the Heavenly Hooters and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. With his leg Lennie Rusby managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 9th play minutes Todd Griffiths shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Lautaro Navarro and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 14thth minute of the game Todd Griffiths who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 15 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. 16 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's Marty King sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lennie Rusby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22ndth minute of the game Brandon Wright who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Griffiths in the 23rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennie Rusby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Griffiths in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Griffiths in the 43rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Todd Griffiths made the kick off in the second half. Lico Aldazabal got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Todd Griffiths. Todd Griffithss short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Lautaro Navarro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Todd Griffiths in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Lennie Rusby, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Pedro Luiz de Moraes replaced Phil Naylor. In the 67th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. After 68 minutes, Ross Clark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heavenly Hooters and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Ross Clark. Heavenly Hooters's Lennie Rusby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 69th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro had great luck who in the 70thth minute grab hold of the ball when Todd Griffiths from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Lennie Rusby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 81st minute of play. Lautaro Navarro had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Todd Griffiths's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Heavenly Hooters booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Shane Beesley replaced Ross Clark. Heavenly Hooters's Adrian Collier was substituted for Richárd Bódog. Moises Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Emanuel Ocampo put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Honduras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Heavenly Hooters:s goal. 94 minutes into the game, Todd Griffiths recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Todd Griffiths showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. With his leg Lautaro Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Heavenly Hooters's Todd Griffiths fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Todd Griffiths who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Luo Feng Feng in the 99th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar.
