Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Baldovin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Buzău's Dumitru Cornoiu got a free kick in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Buzău's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gheorghe Baldovin came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chile's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Avram Elenescu 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gheorghe Baldovin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 19th minute of play forced FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Baldovin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Strugure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Gheorghe Baldovin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gheorghe Baldovin came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Mariano Lacasa scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gheorghe Baldovin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gheorghe Baldovin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when FC Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Cernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Leonard Aanuţei sent off a good shot on target. Gheorghe Baldovin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 41st minute of the match. Leonard Aanuţeis short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 45 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Elenescu came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Buzău players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. Gheorghe Baldovin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 54th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gheorghe Baldovin. In the 61st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Baldovin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 played minutes FC Buzău got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Cornoiu. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Baldovin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Chile's Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Chile's Francisco Carballar got a free kick in the 74th minute. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avram Elenescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Buzău's Gheorghe Baldovin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Buzău's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Pedro Indiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gheorghe Baldovin quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Guillermo Fontirroig put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gheorghe Baldovin. The supporters of FC Buzău booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Lacasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
