After a defensive mix-up in Milfontes United's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeu De Sousa came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Milfontes United's Heiki Karus got a free kick in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 27th minute. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Romeu De Sousa made a huge save. In the 33rd minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Milfontes United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Tomas Illescas drilling the ball in to score 1-1 behind Milfontes United's goalkeeper. A collision led to Milfontes United getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Remus Pinalski hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu De Sousa having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Raul Viana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The wind increased when Felix Baicu made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Milfontes United getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Felix Baicu hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Milfontes United's Felix Baicu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Felix Baicu sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Baicu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Felix Baicu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 杜誉宽 in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Romeu De Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeu De Sousa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when 杜誉宽 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-3. Milfontes United's Sérgio Palhares got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Baicu in the 81st minute of play. Felix Baicu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Milfontes United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Felix Baicu sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 86 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 杜誉宽 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeu De Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 95th minute of play forced Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Milfontes United's performance. The match ended with a win for Milfontes United.
