Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peker Suersan in the 4th minute of the match. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The supporters of Alvi Verde booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarell Hill didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jamaica's zone, Wilbert Ugalde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal and Wilbert Ugalde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Cuero Buseth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cuero Buseth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 28th minute, Peker Suersan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 31 minutes into the match, Bert Karlsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bert Karlsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cuero Buseth in the 36th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvi Verde's Bert Karlsson. But to his dismay, Bert Karlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Wilbert Ugalde took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 43 minutes into the game, Peker Suersan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Demonde Jacobson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bert Karlsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Bert Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demonde Jacobson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. 66 minutes into the game, Alvi Verde's Cuero Buseth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. Thanks to some nice moves Bert Karlsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Demonde Jacobson however easily saved by the left post. After 71 minutes Jamaica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wilbert Ugalde who took care of the corner kick. Geroy Ascue tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Demonde Jacobson. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-14 in the 71st minute. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Alvi Verde's Peker Suersan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-15. In the 88thth minute of the game Bert Karlsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cuero Buseth got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Karlus Waugh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jamaica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvi Verde the free kick. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Alvi Verde played a much better game than Jamaica and deserved their victory. The Jamaica players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
