Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Macias in the 6th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Jairo Kiliz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Modesto Santikurtz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the game, Jairo Kiliz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Jairo Kiliz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Macias got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute of the match Alex Chicote shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Modesto Santikurtz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Santikurtz having to interfere. Diego Armando Lio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Macias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diego Armando Lio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Wei Liang Qian took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Diego Armando Lio's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Armando Lio helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Diego Eterno got a freekick which was hit by Diego Armando Lio. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Diego Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Kiliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, Adan Piarres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Modesto Santikurtz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Santikurtz having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Venezuela's Modesto Santikurtz threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patricio Costa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bello Tajo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Despite being the better team, Venezuela failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
