Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mateo Palacio kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd play minute Mateo Palacio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benito Sanz. 1-0. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Mateo Palacio scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 2-0. 9 minutes into the match, Mateo Palacio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Palacio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Palacio in the 14th minute of the match. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Mateo Palacio scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 4-0. Czeslaw Pawlak fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 20th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. When Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Mateo Palacio put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Palacio in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31st play minutes Mateo Palacio shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Palacio's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Palacio in the 36th minute of play. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Palacio went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 41stth minute of the game Mateo Palacio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Mateo Palacio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. Zjem Cię's attentive Ciriaco Emenon managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. The Zjem Cię fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 62 minutes into the game, Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Zjem Cię made a substitution. Murillo Cedeno replaced Iwo Cwynar. In the 68th minute Mateo Palacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute Mateo Palacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Ciriaco Emenon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zjem Cię's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Emenon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Palacio in the 78th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mateo Palacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mateo Palacio scored 12-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Mateo Palacio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. Zjem Cię's Lino Orešar was substituted for Jim Morrison. Zjem Cię walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
