With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Piedra saved Altermundi FC from getting behind. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Sem Barang sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 30th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Visen Allu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 39th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40th play minutes Gerónimo Molina shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Marco Day and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Visen Allu in the 46th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute Altermundi FC were awarded a corner. Pedro Reyes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Altermundi FC's Pedro Reyes to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerónimo Molina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Candido Piedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Candido Piedra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob May in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Piedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sem Barang, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Candido Piedra in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the game, Altermundi FC's Visen Allu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 80 played minutes Altermundi FC got a freekick which was hit by Jude Hylton. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. The supporters of USA booed when Altermundi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jude Hylton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as USA's Sam Campbell slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Candido Piedra. That made the score 3-1 after 82 minutes of play. After 86 played minutes Altermundi FC got a freekick which was hit by Recai Taykurt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 87th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute Sem Barang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro Reyes was slow to take the kick. During this time Altermundi FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Altermundi FC's Pedro Reyes to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zach Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Pedro Reyes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Day skillfully saved the ball. The Altermundi FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
