Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 5th minute of play. The audience was convinced that German Evarado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. After some careless play in the USA defense, Matthias Büssinger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. When Freestylers's German Evarado in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musa Bardakçı in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Freestylers's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Yuan Lei Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Freestylers defense, Monty Rogers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yuan Lei Jing. The Freestylers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yuan Lei Jing should have stopped the shot. Mai Qian Guang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Freestylers from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute Matthias Büssinger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Monty Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Freestylers were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Freestylers made a substitution. Mathias Abstreiter replaced Musa Bardakçı. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. USA's Edward Mcdonald suffered a sore knee after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Mathias Abstreiter's late challenge caught a USA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathias Abstreiter helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Freestylers getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Mathias Abstreiter hit a great ball. In the 54th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuan Lei Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Evarado in the 56th minute of play. Yuan Lei Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 67th minute of play forced Freestylers's goalkeeper Yuan Lei Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthias Büssinger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Freestylers made a substitution. Leo Pietro replaced Matthias Büssinger. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Pietro in the 76th minute of play. Mathias Abstreiter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuan Lei Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute of play forced Freestylers's goalkeeper Yuan Lei Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Sam Campbell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yuan Lei Jing. Freestylers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Campbell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 88th minute of play forced Freestylers's goalkeeper Yuan Lei Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Pietro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Marco Day was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andreas Arendt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 95 minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see USA lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
