Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Longchamps club's Eriberto Maiorga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Longchamps club's Gaston Leoncio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Longhi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Sergio Longhi made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Sergio Longhi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 87th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 94 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sergio Longhi. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
