Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobiasz Zbytniewski in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Zbytniewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adnan Yenal was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Alberto Tafalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Tafalla really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 23rd minute Dobromir Pierz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Dobromir Pierz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Adnan Yenal in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. In the 60th minute Tobiasz Zbytniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Zbytniewski in the 61st minute of play. SHADOW's Adnan Yenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 63rd minute of play. The referee ignored SHADOW's protests and gave Maciej Mroczynski a yellow card for diving instead. Adnan Yenal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dobromir Pierz. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dobromir Pierz took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the final whistle went the supporters of SHADOW were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Mexico side.
