Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Mats Linqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Linqvist in the 11th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Godefroid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Linqvist in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Signoretti came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Linqvist. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipe Olivar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Florencio Cutberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Signoretti in the 31st minute of play. Florencio Cutberto came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Eliseo Mina. But to his dismay, Eliseo Mina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 36th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Signoretti in the 38th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Florencio Cutberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Signoretti to maneuver through the defense. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Florencio Cutberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Godefroid, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute Mats Linqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonso Berganza was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Florencio Cutberto came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Luz Tejedor. But to his dismay, Luz Tejedor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Valeryan Bochkin made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Julian Murillo scored 1-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florencio Cutberto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Linqvist in the 68th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Florencio Cutberto made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Linqvist in the 74th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Mats Linqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mats Linqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. After 88 minutes SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florencio Cutberto. Florencio Cutberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's goalkeeper Florencio Cutberto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th minute of the match Peru got a corner. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Peru's Eliseo Mina to fire away a dangerous shot which Florencio Cutberto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Peru's Alonso Berganza got a free kick in the 95th minute. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
