Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cassius Byrne took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Denis Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Denis Urtats in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, USA's Jenson Smith got a free kick in the 12th minute. If Danilo Matro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 16th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Denis Urtats successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 23rd minute, Hilario Fix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franco Baresi kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match Cassius Byrne sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Denis Urtats skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Denis Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 44th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Knight Of Dawn's Lucio Nisio was substituted for Franco Baresi. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Qiu Yuan Jun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denis Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 53rd minute of play. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Porfírio Quirino in the 61st minute. Denis Urtats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Cassius Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Urtats having to interfere. In the 68th minute Filiberto Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klement Belko hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. The supporters of USA booed when Knight Of Dawn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klement Belko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Filiberto Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Tome in the 76th minute of play. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Porfírio Quirino sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 83 minutes, Filiberto Tome managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knight Of Dawn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Tome was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Denis Urtats had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Jenson Smith's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Marco Day successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Denis Urtats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Porfírio Quirino struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knight Of Dawn. USA were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Knight Of Dawn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jenson Smith took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Diego Bradley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Denis Urtats quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Porfírio Quirino sent off a good shot on target. Despite being the better team, USA failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
