Peru's attentive Joaquin Prats managed to snatch the ball when Lúkas Pīlēns made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. When Alonso Berganza fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peru's protests and gave Alonso Berganza a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Gustaw Zembrzuski sent off a good shot on target. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Lúkas Pīlēns made a throw-in in the 7th minute of the game. In the 10th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Barbaros Sargan. Kwaski Sandomierz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Barbaros Sargan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute, Jefferson Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Tạ Bunk sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 28 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Kwaski Sandomierz getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lúkas Pīlēns hit a great ball. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kwaski Sandomierz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Moises Gayoso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Barbaros Sargan quite easily take care of the ball. Moises Gayoso took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barbaros Sargan. Barbaros Sargan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 40 minutes into the match, Kwaski Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Barbaros Sargan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barbaros Sargan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of play. Tạ Bunk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tạ Bunk in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olgierd Walkowski made a kick off. If Gustaw Zembrzuski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Barbaros Sargan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. Kwaski Sandomierz made a substitution. Jordan Henderson replaced Olgierd Walkowski. Benne Jacobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Kwaski Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Barbaros Sargan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Zembrzuski, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 74th minute of play forced Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Barbaros Sargan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Gustaw Zembrzuski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordan Henderson in the 78th minute of play. Barbaros Sargan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 80th minute of play forced Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Barbaros Sargan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After a rather tough play, Kwaski Sandomierz's Tạ Bunk got a free kick in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Kwaski Sandomierz's Barbaros Sargan got control of the ball when Rafael Gallo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barbaros Sargan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 90th minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lúkas Pīlēns in the 94 minute of the game. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barbaros Sargan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
