Cristian Tuste who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Matt Newby hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's 罗亮磊 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 14th minute of play. Timothy Dennison blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. Baltasar Distiratsu in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 19th minute, Uruguay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baltasar Distiratsu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 22 minutes, Baltasar Distiratsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltasar Distiratsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 罗亮磊 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 罗亮磊 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The AMAZON DU DAHOMEY fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Baltasar Distiratsu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Uruguay booed when AMAZON DU DAHOMEY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lloyd Findley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Escribano scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 罗亮磊, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baltasar Distiratsu to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Camilo Franco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 罗亮磊 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to AMAZON DU DAHOMEY getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonathon Ashton hit a great ball. Maximiliano Escribano in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 罗亮磊, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 61st minute of play forced AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's goalkeeper 罗亮磊 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Jonathon Ashton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AMAZON DU DAHOMEY and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th match minute, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathon Ashton to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 罗亮磊 having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's goalkeeper 罗亮磊 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. When Jonathon Ashton was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. In the 73rd minute Cristian Tuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 罗亮磊 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert in the 86th minute of play. 罗亮磊 made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's 罗亮磊 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save AMAZON DU DAHOMEY from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for 罗亮磊 to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timothy Dennison in the 95th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Uruguay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AMAZON DU DAHOMEY throughout the match.
