Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gürsel Saltukalp kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gürsel Saltukalp kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Lorden cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Vilhelm Lorden made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 23rd minute GAÚCHO FC were awarded a corner. Percy Senna went to the cornerflag to take it. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gürsel Saltukalp in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gürsel Saltukalp got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lautaro Navarro was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Gürsel Saltukalp capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gürsel Saltukalp really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. After 43 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Lorden in the 53rd minute of play. After 53 minutes of play, GAÚCHO FC's Vilhelm Lorden made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, GAÚCHO FC's Gürsel Saltukalp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vilhelm Lorden scored 8-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adilson Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Vilhelm Lorden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Lorden in the 75th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vilhelm Lorden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Lorden in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute of the match GAÚCHO FC got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Percy Senna ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adilson Coelho made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Vilhelm Lorden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Vilhelm Lorden's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Lorden in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Lorden came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
