After taking down the ball on Uruguay's corner Camilo Franco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Martin Soer quite easily take care of the ball. Ivo Deijnen took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ed Seinstra in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. The Mosk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ed Seinstra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Menno Adams didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Soer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivo Deijnen struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mosk. Steven Fransen hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Martin Soer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Mosk players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
