Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Faria in the 6th minute of play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Ceferino Salvatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Ceferino Salvatore notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Israel Faria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BIAMAR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes, BIAMAR's Faruk Bakırcı shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BIAMAR reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

In the 53rd minute, Ceferino Salvatore reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 0-6. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Sigvard Wahlnäs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-7. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Banga in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. BIAMAR's Caio Guerreiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in BIAMAR's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Guerreiro came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caio Guerreiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigvard Wahlnäs. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sigvard Wahlnäs in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the match, BIAMAR's Ceferino Salvatore sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Salvatore in the 82nd minute of play. When the match was over BIAMAR could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Venezuela throughout the match.
