In the 12th minute of the match Romeo Pio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jax Williamson skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 43rd minute of play forced Orxata I Fartons's goalkeeper Janich Sodborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 82nd minute, Orxata I Fartons's Zarando Manrique ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Janich Sodborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Orxata I Fartons's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Janich Sodborg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zarando Manrique took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 93rdth minute of the game Zarando Manrique who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canada's Jax Williamson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Canada manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Orxata I Fartons to win.
