Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Överås IK's Davide Galván managed to reach the ball for a save. Överås IK's Davide Galván played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 8th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Davide Galván read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Marcus Bergsten took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Davide Galván showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute of the match. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Överås IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Marcus Bergsten charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Bergsten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcus Bergsten kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Karlsen in the 36th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davide Galván saved Överås IK from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgo Saidla during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, one of Överås IK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Överås IK. Tomas Illescas shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Överås IK's Marcus Bergsten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Hitz Toxeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Överås IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hitz Toxeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Bergsten was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Överås IK got a freekick which was hit by Karsten Karlsen. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Hydén came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Bergsten in the 61st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rdth minute of the game Marcus Bergsten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 82 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Karlsen in the 83rd minute of the match. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Galván having to interfere. Davide Galván made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute. Davide Galván showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
