Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Endura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Sadurni in the 5th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Frisia AFC's Santos Vigil got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Fernan Gurutz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Santos Vigil in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Panama's Abraham Alguacil ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santos Vigil. Santos Vigil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. In the 24th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santos Vigil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 31 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Frisia AFC's Santos Vigil. Santos Vigil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luciano Sadurni was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Frisia AFC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Vigil having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Frisia AFC! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Panama. Abraham Alguacil stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Santos Vigil. 5-2. Fernan Gurutz struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frisia AFC. Ricardo Endura hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 75 played minutes Frisia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Endura. Frisia AFC's Santos Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santos Vigil. Frisia AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. In the 86th minute Leon Videl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Luciano Sadurni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Panama fans cheered their team off the field, for while Frisia AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
