Masters United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans-Martin Istad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Rafe in the 53rd minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Martin Istad in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Saverio Teofilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Masters United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Teofilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Masters United F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
