Luz Tejedor shot from long distance in the 8th minute, but Vítor Damas was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Vítor Damas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Vítor Damas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cris Gol in the 18th minute of the match. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Octavian Jähnigen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Vítor Damas in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vítor Damas made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Cris Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's supporters rose to their feet, but Cris Gol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Sandrinho Almeida got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vítor Damas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vítor Damas was a little too slow when Julian Murillo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-0.

In the 51st minute of the game Kacper Lizewski made a throw-in which Octavian Jähnigen played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 58th minute of play forced Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Predador Brasiliense MZBR made a substitution. António Sobral replaced Cris Gol. Efraim Gilabert hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Vítor Damas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 74th minute.
