Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off which started today's match. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 7th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chile fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Chile:s Thiago Pliego showed great skill when he stopped Ulf Nordlander:s penalty. The corner ended in Eduardo Selmo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. With an all-out effort, DIF LEEDS BK's Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulf Nordlander, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 33 minutes of play, DIF LEEDS BK's Pál Kormos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Nordlander, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Ulf Nordlander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Jonas Lundström fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIF LEEDS BK's protests and gave Jonas Lundström a yellow card for diving instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pál Kormos was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in DIF LEEDS BK's zone, Xavier Figueroa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brazilio Butt came out of the goal and Xavier Figueroa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pál Kormos in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renzo Ingelborgs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Lundström hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 71st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of DIF LEEDS BK's goalie and right to Gerardo Pozo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. DIF LEEDS BK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Nordlander in the 80th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Nordlander in the 81st minute of play. Jonas Lundström hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Many of Chile's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chile may have spent more time on the ball, but DIF LEEDS BK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
