Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) KUN SPORTS's Abdika Borbon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Eliseo Noboa fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Eliseo Noboa a yellow card for diving instead. Abdika Borbon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 12 minutes in the game, Egídio Passos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 16th minute of the match Paolo Lorien shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Abdika Borbon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abdika Borbon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of KUN SPORTS booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. KUN SPORTS's Jorge Guilabertus shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Benito Sanz but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Abdika Borbon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, KUN SPORTS's Abdika Borbon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Abdika Borbon scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 4-0. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by KUN SPORTS's Abdika Borbon. But to his dismay, Abdika Borbon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 40 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. When Egídio Passos came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the KUN SPORTS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egídio Passos couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Abdika Borbon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 56th minute, Egídio Passos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Abdika Borbon scored 8-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by KUN SPORTS's Abdika Borbon. But to his dismay, Abdika Borbon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Passos in the 67th minute of the match. KUN SPORTS's Dionisio Matai got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egídio Passos in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. With a little luck, KUN SPORTS's Kayhan Tancan got control of the ball when Eliseo Noboa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match Paolo Lorien shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, KUN SPORTS's Egídio Passos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Egídio Passos managed to get in a good position for a shot. KUN SPORTS's supporters rose to their feet, but Egídio Passos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Passos came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Evaristo Cresconio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egídio Passos went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball.
