With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Aznaro saved Habsburgo from getting behind. Honorato Aznaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of USA booed when Habsburgo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Orti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Froylan got free with Marco Day in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorato Aznaro. Honorato Aznaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Habsburgo's Honorato Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Habsburgo's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Honorato Aznaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 37 in the game by Emanuel Hârșu from a close distance when the talented Marco Day managed to make a qualified save. USA's players were relieved. In the 39th minute, Domenico Di Nino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute of the match, Cassius Byrne sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Honorato Aznaro showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassius Byrne to strike the kick off in the second half. It was Exequiel Viera who took care of the corner kick. Louis Lumb was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Honorato Aznaro in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Habsburgo's Honorato Aznaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Habsburgo from getting a goal against them. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Habsburgo throughout the match.
