The audience thought a goal was coming when Finlay Stair got free with Duarte Couto in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Romon Oliver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jamaica's supporters rose to their feet, but Romon Oliver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duarte Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Jarell Hill had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Duarte Couto. Alvi Verde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarell Hill was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Alvi Verde's zone, Finlay Stair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duarte Couto came out of the goal and Finlay Stair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Finlay Stair took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Duarte Couto to make any attempt to save it. Romon Oliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Romon Oliver put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Duarte Couto. Javan Develder got a throw-in 47 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Finlay Stair.

The wind increased when Finlay Stair made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duarte Couto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wayan Freeman made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Karlus Waugh immediately put the ball in play. 59 minutes into the match, Alvi Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Karlus Waugh came free, but Duarte Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Finlay Stair ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duarte Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Duarte Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Stair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duarte Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romon Oliver in the 72nd minute of the match.
