When the match clock showed 2 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cassius Byrne sped through FC Wrocanka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kajetan Dawiec. Kajetan Dawiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Dawiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Wrocanka's Kajetan Dawiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Danielsson came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Wrocanka were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sverker Danielsson took the corner. Kajetan Dawiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match USA got a corner. FC Wrocanka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. USA's Monty Rogers was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kajetan Dawiec in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kajetan Dawiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 25th minute of the match. Sverker Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sverker Danielsson got free with Marco Day in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kajetan Dawiec. FC Wrocanka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Sverker Danielsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. FC Wrocanka's Kajetan Dawiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zach Harrison in the 46th minute of play. Kajetan Dawiec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monty Rogers's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sverker Danielsson made a kick off. Cassius Byrne came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kajetan Dawiec could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sverker Danielsson in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Kajetan Dawiec made a huge save. Kajetan Dawiec made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Danielsson in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, FC Wrocanka's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Kajetan Dawiec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When USA's Monty Rogers in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Wrocanka's goalie prevented a goal. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Wrocanka throughout the match.
