Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carolo Nardo started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 9th match minute, Spams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alto Jering to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 21stth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spams's Faustino Jerold was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Faustino Jerold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 25th minute. When Spams's Carolo Nardo in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spams's Armando Franco was substituted for Carolo Nardo. Spams's Tin Delgado was substituted for Kasper Larsfelt.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Tin Delgado scored 1-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Faustino Jerold was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 65thth minute of the game Tin Delgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Spams's Tin Delgado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Faustino Jerold. That made the score 1-1 in the 80 minute of play. In the 84th minute, Spams's Song Cheng Hong seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Song Cheng Hong the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Spams protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Song Cheng Hong had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Spams:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ecuador:s goal. Faustino Jerold had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Zorita's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tin Delgado in the 97th minute of play.
